Summary of exploration of the icon
THE PROBLEM
With the business growing, they wanted to make sure that the face of their company match their professional delivery of their service and wanted to establish a trustworthy front while being appropriate to the web3 culture.
THE SOLUTION
I was tasked to re-design their logo and as part of the brief incorporate the metaphor of a fox. After going through the discovery process of their unique value proposition and values of the company, we identified keywords the logo should display: cutting-edge, solid, resourceful and inventive.

We narrowed down the options to four and the client picked his choice.
After we've determined the icon we needed, it was time to explore the colors. Directed by the current colors of the brand, I played with gradients with their signature yellow gold color.
After some back and forth on the colors, we arrived at the final version of the logo.
THE ANIMATED LOGO
As requested by client, we also created a simple animation of the icon. We kept the same vibes of it being modern and cutting edge. First, it reveals the outline of the logo with a glow effect which suggests light from behind, followed through with sharp swipes of the brand colors across the silhouette and finally revealing the full colored icon. A finishing sheen of light at the end gives depth and a feeling of professionalism.
